Today
Forwarders lose time every day coordinating multiple parties, chasing documents, and answering constant where is it?” requests. Manual handoffs between operations, pricing, and accounting only add more friction.
Create or receive shipment orders, assign carriers, track milestones and exceptions, and manage documents in one place. Give your customers self-service visibility through the Seamlog portal.

FAQ
Can we use this per branch/team?
Yes. Seamlog supports multiple branches/teams with role-based access, so each team can see and manage only what’s relevant, while management can keep an overall view.
Do customers need accounts for the portal?
Not necessarily. You can invite customers to the portal with user accounts if needed, but you can also share shipment visibility and documents, depending on your workflow.
What documents can we generate?
Common forwarder documents such as transport orders/confirmations, shipment documents, delivery notes, and document templates with auto-filled fields. You can also upload, and attach external documents (e.g., POD, CMR scans) to each shipment.
Can we start with a pilot lane/customer?
Yes, this is the recommended approach. Start with one lane or a small set of customers/carriers for 2–4 weeks, validate the workflow, and then scale step by step.
